Where Do You Rank in HYROX?
Enter your finish time and see the one number the average never tells you: what percentage of the field you actually beat — age-graded, by division.
*Percentiles are modelled from published HYROX finish-time distributions (HyroxDataLab / RoxLyfe medians). Open bands reflect the full field including first-timers, so a fit club athlete will rank high — as they should.

What is a good HYROX percentile?
Beating 50% of your division puts you squarely mid-pack; beating 70% is a genuinely strong recreational result, and the top 10% (faster than 90%) is the edge of the age-group field. Because the Open division includes hundreds of thousands of first-timers, a committed club athlete often lands in the top 25–35% on their first race.
How is my percentile calculated?
Your time is placed against published HYROX finish-time bands (p10 to p90) for your exact division and gender, then interpolated to a percentile. If you enter your age, it's age-graded — your time is adjusted for how finish times slow with age so you're compared fairly against a field that mostly sits in the 30–39 bracket.
Why is Pro faster than Open?
It looks backwards because Pro uses heavier weights — but Pro is a self-selected elite field. Despite the heavier sled and sandbag, the median Pro man finishes around 79 minutes versus about 95 for Open. If you're new, Open is the right start.
