Common questions

What weights are used in HYROX?

Four weighted stations plus wall balls. Open men: 152 kg sled push, 103 kg sled pull, 2×24 kg farmers, 20 kg sandbag lunges, 6 kg wall ball to 3.0 m. Open women: 102 / 78 / 2×16 / 10 kg / 4 kg to 2.7 m. Pro roughly adds a third.

What's the difference between Open and Pro?

Same 8 runs and 8 stations, heavier loads in Pro: sled push 202/152 kg (vs 152/102), sandbag 30/20 (vs 20/10), farmers 2×32/2×24 (vs 2×24/2×16), wall ball 9/6 kg (vs 6/4). Runs, SkiErg, row and burpees are identical.

Are Doubles weights different?

No — Doubles uses the same station weights as the singles division you pick. Partners split the reps, runs and the 100 wall balls between them, but the load stays the same.

How heavy is the wall ball?

Open: men 6 kg to a 3.0 m target, women 4 kg to 2.7 m, 100 reps. Pro: men 9 kg, women 6 kg, both to the higher target. It's the final station — pacing and break-up strategy decide it.
