You've done the training. Don't waste it on race day.
Most HYROX races aren't lost to fitness — they're lost in the first fifteen minutes: out too hard on run 1, redlined on the sleds, then standing over the ball at wall ball 40 with 60 reps to go. The HYROX Race-Day Playbook is the tactical companion for the race itself: the 24 hours before, race-morning fuelling, pacing for all 8 runs, a plan for every station, and the mental game — so the fitness you built actually shows up in your finish time.
What you get
A complete race-execution plan — every hour from the night before to the finish line.
- Pacing targets for all 8 runs
An effort (RPE) table run by run, so you finish faster than you start. - All 8 stations, decoded
How hard to go, technique cues and break plans — SkiErg to wall balls. - Break plans for the race-killers
Sleds and wall balls: planned sets before they force you to stop. - The full race-day timeline
Taper, carbs, breakfast timing, caffeine and a warm-up that primes, not drains. - A mental race plan

What's inside
Nine tactical chapters — read them in an evening, race off them for years.
Who it's for
Built your fitness with our free HYROX training plan generator? This is the other half: getting that fitness across the line.
The first-timer with race nerves
You don't know what you don't know. The playbook makes the unknown known — every hour planned, so nerves can't run your race.
The repeat racer chasing a PB
Fitness isn't your problem — execution is. Reclaim the free minutes hiding in your pacing, your breaks and the RoxZone.
The doubles or relay racer
Shared work changes the tactics. Splits, handovers, staying warm between legs — the adjustments that make a team fast.
A taste of the method
Race the plan, not your adrenaline.
The strongest sled push in the building won't save a blown run 1. Walk onto the floor knowing exactly how hard to go on every run and every station — and finish passing people instead of being passed.
Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. It's a one-time €14 purchase. You get the PDF instantly and keep it forever — English and German versions included.
How is it different from the free plan generator?
The free HYROX training plan generator builds your weeks of training before the race. The playbook covers the race itself: the last 24 hours, pacing, station tactics, transitions and the mental plan. Train with the generator, execute with the playbook.
Do I need to be at a certain level?
No. All pacing is effort-based (RPE), so it works whether you're targeting 100 minutes or 70. There are dedicated notes for doubles and relay racers too.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final — once the knowledge is out, it can’t be returned. That’s why the full contents are listed above, so you know exactly what you’re getting. If anything is technically wrong with your download, email us and we’ll sort it immediately.
When should I read it?
Ideally one to two weeks out, so you can rehearse the warm-up, break plans and mantras in training. Then skim the printable checklist the night before. Race tomorrow? It still works — the pacing rules alone will save you minutes.
