HYROX Finish Time Predictor

Enter your 5K and how you handle the strength stations. Get a realistic finish estimate — and, more usefully, the one part of the race that's leaking your time.

*A model, not a promise: it maps your 5K to compromised HYROX run pace and scales station time by your self-rated strength and division. Use it to find your weak link, then train it.

Common questions

How accurate is a HYROX time predictor?

It's an estimate, not a guarantee. Finish time correlates strongly with running fitness, so your 5K anchors the runs well; station time varies more by individual, which is why you set your own strength level. Treat the output as a realistic target and a diagnostic of where to train, not a locked-in result.

Why does my 5K matter so much for HYROX?

Because more than half the race is running — eight 1 km legs done on tired legs. Your 5K sets the ceiling for how fast those legs can go; the stations then decide how much of that ceiling you keep. Two athletes with the same 5K can finish 15 minutes apart on the stations alone.

What does 'biggest opportunity' mean?

The tool compares how your predicted time splits across running, stations and transitions against a balanced benchmark, then flags whichever is furthest out of line. That's the area where the same effort buys you the most time — your highest-leverage thing to train next.
